ANATA STUDIOS EVENT CENTER — EVENT POLICIES Effective July 27, 2026 Venue: The Arena at The Anata Building, 1657 N State Street, Lehi, Utah 84043 PRICING AND PAYMENT - $175 per paid hour with a six-hour minimum. - $250 cleaning fee per event. - Non-refundable 50% booking deposit based on venue rental, cleaning, confirmed add-ons, and estimated tax. - Remaining balance and separate $500 refundable security deposit are due seven days before the event. - No access until required funds clear. ACH and checks must arrive seven additional days early. - Add-ons ordered fewer than seven days before the event carry a 20% rush fee. CONFIRMATION, TRANSFERS, AND CANCELLATION - A date is confirmed only when the agreement is signed and the deposit clears on the same day. - A transfer must be requested at least 14 days before the event. The deposit may transfer once to an available date within six months; current pricing applies. - 30+ days before cancellation: booking deposit is forfeited. - 14–29 days: deposit plus 50% of the remaining balance is due. - Under 14 days: the full contract total is due. - If Anata cancels for a reason within its control, all customer payments are refunded. ACCESS AND HOURS - Two setup hours before and two teardown hours after the paid event are included for access only. - Monday–Friday: no amplified sound before 5:00 p.m.; guest events 5:00–11:00 p.m.; teardown by 1:00 a.m. - Saturday: guest events 8:00 a.m.–midnight; teardown by 2:00 a.m. - Sunday: guest events 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.; teardown by midnight. - Extensions require approval and are $175 per full hour. SETUP AND ADD-ONS - Tables, chairs, stage, A/V, guest Wi-Fi, and lounge area are included subject to the event plan. - Table/chair setup and reset: $250 up to 75 guests; $400 for 76–150; $550 for 151–200. - Optional A/V technician: $75/hour, two-hour minimum. - Additional Anata labor: $125/hour per staff member, two-hour minimum. - Catering, linens, décor, event lighting, staging, and additional equipment are quoted separately. VENDORS, FOOD, ALCOHOL, AND SECURITY - All vendors require approval. Outside caterers must be licensed and insured. - Food may be assembled onsite. Cooking and kitchen use are prohibited. - Alcohol requires written approval and an approved, licensed, insured provider. - Alcohol events require customer-paid security; service ends 30 minutes before the event. - Anata may require $1 million-per-occurrence event insurance naming Anata as an additional insured. - Default security: one guard for 1–75 guests, two for 76–150, and three for 151–200, adjustable by event risk. - Security is provider cost plus a 20% coordination fee. CLEANUP, DAMAGE, AND DECORATIONS - Remove all trash, decorations, food, personal property, and vendor equipment. - Return tables and chairs to the designated staging area unless reset service was purchased. - Painter’s tape, removable strips, balloons, confetti, glitter, petals, rice, and artificial snow are allowed only when completely removed. - Open flames are prohibited. Smoke or haze requires approval. - Extraordinary cleaning, damage, missing equipment, false alarms, and overtime may be deducted from the security deposit. - An itemized deduction notice is provided within five business days; the remaining deposit is returned within seven business days. - Items left behind are held seven days, then may be donated or disposed of. PARKING, CONDUCT, AND SAFETY - Parking is shared, not guaranteed, and not exclusive. No overnight parking. - The contract signer must be at least 21. A responsible adult must remain onsite for teen events. - No smoking or vaping inside or within 20 feet of an entrance. Cannabis and illegal substances are prohibited. - Anata may stop unsafe, illegal, destructive, or materially disruptive activity without refund. - Final capacity may be reduced when the event plan or safety conditions require it.
